Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident anchoring your home with Proofly. If you're not satisfied, you may return your unused kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to return an item
Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all pieces included. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If your kit arrives damaged or with missing pieces, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
